In order to obtain a HOTS account you must first be a member of RHA, an RHA Hall/Area Council or an RHA Arm (i.e. Voice Newspaper, NRHH etc).
Note: If you have received an e-mail telling you to log in to HOTS, but cannot get in try using @mail.umd.edu instead of @umd.edu or vice versa before requesting a new account.
